Luxury Kids’ Celebrations & Family Soirées, Styled and Stress-Free

To reserve your event date and ensure your items are held exclusively for you, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

The deposit is applied toward your total balance — it is not an additional fee.
The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days before your event date.

• Bookings made within 7 days of an event require full payment at the time of reservation.
   
• Accepted payment methods: Zelle, CashApp, or secure online invoice link (credit/debit).
   

Because each setup and rental is prepared specifically for your event, all deposits are non-refundable.

However, deposits may be transferred once to a new date within 90 days, pending availability.
Reschedule requests must be received at least 7 days before your original event date.

If you cancel within 7 days of your event, all payments made will be forfeited as liquidated damages for loss of reservation time and materials.

• A $50 refundable security deposit is required for throne chair and décor rentals.
   
• This deposit is refunded within 48 hours after pickup, provided all items are returned in their original condition.
   
• Items returned damaged, stained, or missing will result in partial or full loss of deposit, plus replacement or cleaning charges if applicable.
   
• Rental items are for indoor or covered outdoor use only, unless otherwise approved in writing.
   

• Delivery and pickup fees are based on distance and accessibility (starting at $40 within 15 miles).
   
• Clients are responsible for ensuring clear access to the setup area and that spaces are ready upon arrival.
   
• If staff must wait longer than 20 minutes to begin setup or pickup, an additional $25/hour waiting fee may apply.
   
• Standard setups include up to 2 hours of on-site setup time unless otherwise specified.
   

Outdoor setups are at the client’s discretion. In cases of rain, strong wind, or extreme heat, La Pétite Soirée Events reserves the right to modify, relocate, or cancel setups for safety reasons. Deposits may be transferred to an indoor date or location when possible.

The following are custom or prepared-to-order and are non-refundable once booked or created:

• Goody bags and themed favors
   
• Custom décor setups or balloon/floral accents
   
• Face painting or mascot appearances
   
• Delivery and setup services
   

Clients are responsible for ensuring that rental items are used safely and appropriately.

• No standing, leaning, or climbing on chairs or décor pieces.
   
• Keep food, drinks, markers, and sharp objects away from all luxury fabrics.
   
• Adult supervision is required when children are present around rented items.
   

La Pétite Soirée Events may capture photos or short videos of styled setups for marketing and portfolio use. Clients may opt out in writing prior to their event date.

By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, conditions, and refund policies set forth by La Pétite Soirée Events.
